Meet our internationally renowned faculty
Our Artist Faculty members enjoy busy performing careers both in America and in Europe and teach (or have taught) at the Juilliard School, Manhattan School of Music, Bard College Conservatory, NYU, Mannes School of Music, Bowdoin College, the Rome School of Music, Drama and Art at Catholic University, University of Maine along with other conservatories both here in America and in Europe. They perform regularly in recital, chamber music, and opera in a wide range of regional, national and international venues, from Carnegie Hall to our beloved Hammond Hall.
Our teaching philosophy is that we learn through relationships with our peers and participants and faculty alike can benefit from exchange of ideas between players. Spending a week or two with us, rehearsing, practicing, sharing meals, hiking, swimming (if we dare in the freezing bay) and performing together offers a remarkable chance to learn in a warm, relaxed and informal environment.
