Rosina

Brooke Daigle

Picture
Brooke Daigle, is an incoming senior musical theatre major from The Catholic University of America.

Brooke made her WHMF debut in the 2021 season as Madame Herz in Mozart's the Impresario. Prior to that, she made her debut as Anne Egerman in Catholic University’s production of 
A Little Night Music back in early 2020. Brooke would like to thank her family, all her friends, Celine and Vivian for all their love and guidance.

Liang Yu​

Liang Yu, mezzo-soprano, is a native of Pretoria, South Africa, and has lived and performed in the US and Europe. She was most recently featured as the alto soloist in Pergolesi's Stabat Mater in Henfenfeld, Germany, and in Händel's Messiah and Bernstein's Chichester Psalms with the Houston Choral Society in Houston. She has sung operatic roles such as Dorabella (Così fan tutte), Hänsel (Hänsel und Gretel), the Old Lady (Candide), and Nicklausse and The Voice (Les contes d'Hoffmann).

Liang holds a B.S. in Astronomy & Physics from Yale University and a Ph.D. in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she participated in the Emerson Scholarship Program for advanced musical studies. She currently resides in Ingolstadt, Germany.

Because there are several arts organizations in our region, it’s easy for supporters to assume we are all part of the same entity. Winter Harbor Music is a completely separate nonprofit with its own staff, budget, and programming.
